Oil Painting of Tulips

I painted this painting in 1951.  It is done with oil paints.  I did this as a training piece at Seton Hill College (see my blog about my experience there).  Sister Fedez painted one exactly like this and my exercise was to copy her painting.  I can remember that I think I got sick that day.  I remember not feeling good while painting this.  It was completed within one lesson day.

Hello Carmen, I loved seeing your artwork and reading your bio. Sr. Fides Glass was an ancestor of mine, and I came about your website whilst doing some genealogy research. I would love to hear from you to see if you can tell me any stories of my cousin, Sr. Fides 🙂
